If your session fees are paid by a third party, such as a Health Insurance provider or Case Management organisation, the following applies:

• An administration fee per session is charged in addition to the applicable self-funded fee.
• Any reports required by a third party will be charged proportionally to the time required to prepare them.
• If the third-party fee does not cover my fee in full (for example, where a policy excess applies or the annual funding limit has been reached), the client is responsible for paying any outstanding balance.
